The EduWiki Hub is a global initiative of the Wikipedia & Education User Group that supports educators, volunteers, and institutions in integrating Wikimedia projects into teaching and learning. This poster highlights how the Hub strengthens open education by providing structured support through mentorship, capacity-building sessions, thematic working groups, and a global newsletter that connects practitioners across regions.
Through these initiatives, the Hub promotes the use of Wikimedia projects as Open Educational Resources (OER) and as platforms for collaborative knowledge creation. It demonstrates how educators and communities can adapt Wikimedia tools to support participatory learning, digital literacy, and cross-cultural knowledge exchange in both formal and informal educational settings.
