AI in Higher Education Innovation Exchange (2025) is a transdisciplinary project that culminated in the recently published open-access book of the same name—an edited collection of case studies from educators experimenting with Artificial Intelligence (AI) across diverse teaching and learning contexts.

The project originated from an innovation event at the University of Calgary that brought together educators, learning designers, technologists, administrators, and students to explore how AI is reshaping higher education. Through workshops, dialogue sessions, and iterative peer feedback, contributors co-created a volume that not only documents emerging practices but also embodies the collaborative ethos it promotes.

This poster showcases key insights from the project while offering a broader argument for why transdisciplinary collaboration is vital for open education in the postdigital era.
